Brett Ford, D.P.T
Brett joined Muscatine Physical Therapy in January of 2010 and currently works in both our West Liberty Clinic and West Liberty Foods Clinic. Brett received a BS degree in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2007 and his Doctorate degree in Physical therapy from the University Of Iowa Carver College Of Medicine in 2009. Brett enjoys seeing a wide variety of patients. His specialties include orthopedics, sports medicine, vestibular rehabilitation, and industrial rehabilitation. He is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Iowa Physical Therapy Association. Brett is a native of Illinois and currently lives in Iowa City with his wife Krista and dog Maggie. In his spare time Brett enjoys spending time with his family, camping, hiking, and being outdoors.
Robin Edwards, P.T.A.
Robin began working with Muscatine Physical Therapy Services in 1998 where she started out as a physical therapist technician. Over the last several years, Robin has been working out of our satellite clinic in West Liberty, Iowa providing PTA services there. Robin graduated from Black Hawk College in 2004 with her Associate Degree as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. As a PTA, Robin works under the direction and supervision of a physical therapist and performs interventions selected by the supervising PT. Her specialties are orthopedic rehabilitation and trigger point release. Robin is also certified in Lymphedema Therapy and is actively treating patients with chronic swelling and manual treatment including, but not limited to headaches. She is actively involved with the West Liberty Chamber of Commerce, and has completed the West Liberty Leadership program. In her free time, Robin enjoys knitting, reading, golfing, and walking.
Violeta Castillo, Client Services
Violet has been working with Muscatine Physical Therapy Services since February of 2008. She works primarily in our West Liberty clinic as our receptionist and technician but also helps out at our newest addition of MPTS, our clinic in West Liberty Foods. Violet is WorkSTEPS® certified for both pre- and post- employment testing. She is also CPR Certified and bilingual, which is very beneficial to the clinic when she’s working with our Spanish-speaking clients. Violet enjoys working with the residents of West Liberty as she is a lifelong resident herself and knows many people. In her spare time, Violet enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.
Azeneth Zamores, Client Services
Azeneth joined the Muscatine Physical Therapy Team in May of 2010. She currently works in the Columbus Junction office as the Receptionist/Technician but also provides support at our West Liberty Foods clinic as well. Azeneth graduated from West Liberty High School and along with her bilingual skills, brings proven office experience to the MPTS Team. She is also certified through the WorkSTEPS programs for both pre- and post-employment testing. Outside of work, Azeneth enjoys spending time with her husband and her two girls and being involved in all of their activities. She is very family-oriented and enjoys being active with her immediate and extended family.
